Spring is my favorite time of the year and the wildflowers that bloom during the spring is one of the reasons that I love this time of year so much. I love that thought of the flowers blooming anywhere they want to. I always look at any kind of flower and think how beautiful this part of God's creation is. Not only do I think about the beauty for my eyes, but also I think about the beautiful fragrance they have.
The wildflowers in North Texas close to where I live have all kinds of characteristics that make them beautiful and at times not so beautiful. Some are full of stickers and some are full of color and beautify that in no other place would be so with such pain they offer when touched, other than maybe a rose with its thorns.
One of my not favorite things about springtime is all the insects and bugs that spring out into the flowers. They do make for great pictures but it's hard to look at those legs and wings and eyes...
